Orientation
for new students is held on or before the beginning
of each new class. Pertinent policies and procedures
concerning students and the institution and programs
are discussed. Furthermore, additional forms may
be completed, and any questions relating to the
school are also discussed during the Orientation
Session.

Students must
be registered prior to attending classes. After registration, the student will be enrolled in next available quarter, unless requested by student for a specific quarter in the future.

The Director
of Admission supervises student records, and access
to these records is allowed to the JADC staff
for the purpose of recording grades, attendance
and counseling notes. Educational records are
defined as files, materials and documents which
contain information directly related to a student
and are maintained by the Registrar of the School.
Applicants and students are advised that State
law requires the School to maintain student records
for a minimum of five years. A
written request is required before educational
records may be disclosed to third parties, with
the exception of accrediting bodies and government
agencies so authorized by law. One copy of a
Student's transcript is available to the student
upon request. There will be a $5.00 charge for
any additional copies needed.
|

| |
The School reserves
the right to make changes at any time as necessary
in regulations and fees and to cancel any course
if registration does not justify continuance.
Any decision made in these areas would only be
done within the guidelines of Federal, State,
and Local Agencies. |

JADC will not enroll
more than 12 students per classroom and/or laboratory.
This encourages students-instructor interaction,
hence, increases the student's learning ability
and skills. This method of personalized instruction
also promotes the instructor's involvement in
the progression and comprehension of the laboratory
and classroom material. |
